The Challenge

Associated Gaskets is a specialist supplier of industrial sealing solutions serving clients across mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, and infrastructure. With operations spanning multiple warehouse and branch locations across Australia, the business was still running its phone system on a legacy LG Ericsson platform, and staff working remotely or travelling between sites had no secure, standardised way to reach the corporate network. The underlying network infrastructure at each site was also ageing and due for replacement.
